Operation :
This vision system is suitable to measure the dimension of the oil seal.
- The machine has a superior measurement compared with the MICROVIEW or conventional 2D equipments.
- Then operator gets the result in 1 sec after the hand leave the measuring glass plate.
- The machine displays the measured oil seal for good and bad parts.
- To measure dimension of the different color rubber parts.
- The measurement of the ovalization, concentricity and wire diameter are the reference for the operator.
- The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances, as a result he obtains a complete counting report of the good parts and the defects.
- The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability.
- Do not need much training for the operator because it is much different from the general vision system and operates easily.
