Rubber Parts Optical Inspection Machine

Operation :
This vision system is designed with the visual inspection CCD and is suitable to measure large volume oil seals, rubber bottle caps and all kinds of the circle rubber parts in the production line.

• Fully automatic quality inspection machine. The operator put the inspected object into the vibrating tray (or by means of an external device). Then the feeding glass plate carrying the pieces to the inspection unit.
• To check flashes and lacks of material.
• To measure dimension of the different color rubber parts.
• It will inspect if the garter spring is being correctly loaded.
• The machine sorts the inspected parts for good parts and defects. It will reduce the cost of the quality inspection.
• The statistic can be saved in the USB device for computer analysis purpose.
• The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances, as a result he obtains a complete counting report of the good parts and the defects.
• The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and traceability of the inspected batches.
• Do not need much training for the operator because it is much different from the general vision system and operates easily. It is easy to change between different type oil seals.
