Operation :
This machine is designed with the vision system and is suitable to inspect high volume oil seals, oil seal springs, o-rings, metal cases, rubber bottle caps, bush and all kinds of the rubber parts in the production line.
- Fully automatic inspection machine. The operator put the inspected object into the vibrating tray (or by means of an external device). Then the feeding glass plate carrying the pieces to the inspection unit.
- To check flashes and lacks of material.
- To measure dimension, ovalization, concentricity of the different color rubber parts.
- It will inspect if the spring is being correctly loaded.
- The machine sorts the inspected parts for good parts and defects. It will reduce the cost of the production.
- The operator sets the machine with the parameters and the tolerances, as a result the inspected report of the good parts, defects and the statistic chart can be print out directly.
- It can be connected to the host computer for statistic and defect analysis purposes.
- The machine guarantees a perfect repeatability of the checks and traceability of the inspected batches.
- Do not need much training for the operator because it is much different from the general vision system and operates easily. It is easy to change between different type oil seals.
