Operation :
This garter spring making machine connects the ends of bigger size garter spring to form a circle.
- Adopt touch panel and remote controller for fast adjustment of the joint length and diameter.
- When the spring machine stops due to the mechanical malfunction during the joint of the spring, it will show the malfunction position.
- The test sampling and maintenance is made easy through a single step instruction.
- Using only the best metal material from Japan and U.S.A. In order to reach the highest precision and lower the wear and tear, all parts are integrated, and is made with C N C equipment.
- As the spring jointing machine shut down suddenly, or by pushing E-stop, it needs not be revised again and resume operation when the spring jointing machine was restarted because of the automatic shut down memory system.
