Operation :
This oil seal cutting machine is used for cutting the edges of soft objects such as oil seals, soft rubber parts and U packing.
- Manual feed and auto trim.
- The vacuum will hold down the cutting part during the cutting period.
- The knife approach speed is easily reduced to a slower speed when penetrating the rubber material because of the servo driver (motorized cylinder). It will produce the best trim quality.
- Knife assemblies are mounted directly to iron columns. It will provide a rigid frame for excellent repeatability and trimming quality.
- There are many cutting mode the operator can choose on the touch screen.
- Auto product blow off by air cylinder.
