Description

Operation :
This oil seal machine is especially suitable for loading large springs with large volume oil seals.

  • Stacker/conveyor feeds the oil seal to appropriate location.
  • Screw feeds the spring to fitting location.
  • The tooling is pulled fast by the air cylinder to combine the oil seal with the spring.
  • It will check if the spring is being correctly loaded by metal probe.
  • The machine sorts the parts for good parts and defects.
  • At the end there must be a counter to count the good seals, after the machine counts the set number the machine will stop with an alarm.
