Description

Operation :
This machine is suitable to measure the dimension of high volume oil seals in the production line.

  • The operator sets the measured dimension (by 2D or 3D equipment) in the HMI as a sample dimension to teach the CCD how to measure dimension of the parts.
  • The conveyor and rotating glass plate feed the parts to the inspection area.
  • To measure I.D. and OD of the different color oil seal.
  • The machine sorts the inspected parts for good parts and defects.
  • The measured report can be saved in the USB device for further analysis purpose by the computer.
