Auto Rotary Type Rubber Parts Trimming Machine

Operation :
This machine is used for cutting the flash of high volume rubber parts such as cups, UV packings, and other round rubber parts.

• Bowl feeder vibrates the rubber parts to appropriate location.
• Hold down unit presses the parts down to the bottom.
• The vacuum generator will suck the rubber parts through the mold during the cutting period.
• It will measure the ID, OD of the parts by CCD(option).
• The machine sorts the parts for good parts and defects.
• Various cutting modes & cutting angle for customer selection.
• Productivity determined by machine and not the operator. In short productivity is controllable.
