Description

Operation :
This machine is used for cutting the flash of high volume rubber parts such as valve steam seals, cups, UV packings, and other rubber parts.

  • Bowl feeder vibrates the seals to appropriate location.
  • The vacuum generator will suck the rubber parts through the mold during the cutting period.
  • Magnet rotator feeds the spring to appropriate location.
  • The tooling is pulled fast by the air cylinder to combine the oil seal with the spring.
  • It will measure the ID, OD of the parts by CCD(option).
  • Check if the spring is being corrected loading with the seal by the sensor or CCD(option).
  • The machine sorts the parts for good parts and defects.
  • Various cutting modes & cutting angle for customer selection.
  • Productivity is determined by machine and not by the operator. Production volume is easy to control.
